College Students

Resilient Counseling Services was built on the foundation of empowering and educating individuals  to integrate and overcome their suffering. Our clients learn to let go of ineffective coping skills and negative self-talk that cause unhealthy & unending life patterns - and instead, we build resiliency. Being a college student can be a difficult transition period, and we want to provide a safe, open place for this transitional period to be a positive one- regardless of life's adversities. 

 

We offer comprehensive Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), including skills training groups for college students. The combination of a long-term, positive therapeutic relationship and education on coping with life's challenges while being in this transitional period of life is invaluable.

Young adult dbt skills group

Our DBT Skills training groups focus on learning new skills to manage intense emotions, relationships and unwanted life events.

Beginning group at beginning of a module is recommended.

College Students and Young Adult Groups are on Friday's from 10:00am-11:30am
